1.ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಪರವಾನಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯಿಂದ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ (ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಲೈಸನ್ಸ್‌) ಪಡೆಯುವುದು.
2. ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಪಡೆದು, ರಕ್ತ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ (ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ) ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಬರುವವರ (ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು/ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ) ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
3.ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ-2017 ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಿಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಅನಾಹುತದ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದು.
4.ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಸೇವನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯಂತಹ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲ.
- ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ, ತುರ್ತು ಸ್ಪಂದನೆಯ-112, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೇವೆಯ-103, ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ-1930 ಮುಂತಾದ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗೋಚರವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಚಿಕೆತ್ಸೆ (First-aid Kits) ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
- ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ (ಆಡುಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ, ಸಕ್ಯೂರಿಟಿ ಗಾರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ) ಪೂರ್ವಾಪರಗಳನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ವಿಳಾಸದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಕ್ತ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
- ವಿದೇಶಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಪಿ.ಜಿ. ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು The Registration of Foreginers Rules 1939 ಅನ್ವಯ ಫಾರಂ “ಸಿ” ಅನ್ವಯ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡುವುದು.
- ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆದಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಹೊರತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೇ ಯಾರಿಗೂ
ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡತಕ್ಕುದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ - ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶದ ಅನುಸಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10-00 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6-00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಧ್ವನಿವರ್ಧಕಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲ.
- ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಕ್ರಮ, ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೇ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪಿ.ಜಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರೇ ನೇರ ಹೋಣೆಗಾರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Guidelines for Stays in Guest Houses (Paying Guest Houses).
(In accordance with Section 34(d) and Section 70 of the Karnataka Police Act)
- Ensure the mandatory acquisition of the requisite license (trade license) from BBMP.
- Collect identity cards and recent photographs of all individuals arriving at the residence; record details of blood relatives, along with their mobile numbers through computerization, and maintain a separate log for visitors (including relatives/public).
- Comply with the Karnataka Public Safety Act-2017 by installing CCTV cameras and implementing necessary safety measures to address fire hazards.
- Strictly prohibit illegal activities such as the consumption and storage of drugs.
- Display prominently the phone numbers of essential services, including the local police station, emergency response (112), medical services (103), cybercrime (1930), etc. Additionally, ensure the availability of first aid equipment.
- Conduct thorough background checks, including police verification, for individuals recruited for duties such as cooks, security guards, and others. Recruitment should only proceed after address verification and obtaining information about blood relatives. Maintain proper
documentation for such information. - In the case of foreign nationals residing in the PG, provide information to the local police station directly or through online, as per Form “C” under the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1939.
- Admit only those individuals who have been authorized to reside in the establishment.
- Adhere to the Supreme Court order restricting the use of loudspeakers between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Acknowledge that in the event of any untoward incident occurring due to a lack of safety measures or precautionary measures, the concerned PG owner or manager is directly liable.
